Hotel & Restaurant des Bains

For many, fishing on foot is a real passion to share with the family.

It's a moment of escape, where you have to keep your eyes wide open, lift stones, or dig in the sand to unearth the well iodized shells to be tasted.

First of all, take note of the next dates of the high tides.

You will find on this link the dates of the high tides.
So you can make the most of the sea's territories:
Oysters, mussels, clams, knife's feet, winkles...
There are techniques and tricks to know in order to fill your basket.
For example, when there are storms, the clams rise to the surface.

How to equip yourself for fishing on foot?

  • Get good boots
  • From a bucket or basket
  • A small ruler to measure the shells
