The Piper Operation Cobra 2019 program
Starting Monday, July 29th:
- beginning of the arrival of the first Piper aircraft and vintage vehicles from the Second World War era
Wednesday, July 31:
- day of the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the municipalities of the South Channel
- arrival of the German Panther and Russian T-34 tanks from the Armoured Museum of Saumur
Friday, August 2:
- arrival of the steam train in Granville
- arrival of combat aircraft and helicopters
- arrival of the Royal Tiger II tank from the Armoured Museum of Saumur
Saturday, August 3:
- landing of the Pipers on the beaches of Saint-Pair-sur-Mer and Jullouville (depending on weather and beach conditions) from 4pm to 6pm
- liberation parade in the streets of Granville from 6pm to 9pm
Sunday, August 4:
- static exhibition of collection vehicles in Jullouville from 10am to 6pm
- Granville-Jullouville international airshow with the Patrouille de France and the Airbus A350-1000, Jullouville beach from 2pm to 5pm
