The
Via Aeterna music festival is back for its seventh edition from
3 to 13 October 2024.
Each year, it offers
a musical tour of the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, with a finale in the abbey church of Mont Saint-Michel.
The festival promises an
exceptional musical experience, with concerts in a variety of
heritage sites across the region: churches, abbeys, priories, gardens, etc.
A chance to discover or rediscover classical music in a
unique setting.
The 2024 Via Aeterna festival programme
This year, the Via Aeterna festival invites you to attend
25 concerts in
around ten towns in the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel: Ardevon, Avranches, Cancale, Carolles, Genêts, Granville, La Lucerne d'Outremer, Le Mont-Saint-Michel, Pontorson, Saint-Pair-Sur-Mer and Val-Couesnon.

200 renowned artists will be performing at this year's event, including :

- Angers Nantes Opéra Choir
- Salomé Gasselin
- The Aedes Ensemble
- The Tokyo Philharmonic Choir
