Hôtel des Bains had the pleasure of hosting the annual lunch for the elders of the village of Saint Jean Le Thomas on November 25, 2018.
A gourmet and very friendly moment that brought together more than 70 people, and honoured 10 doyens of the village, all born between 1921 and 1928.
On the menu, after the traditional kir de l'amitié, a Landes salad with smoked duck and gizzards, a Norman hole, a roast périgourdine veal, a duo of cheese on salad, a Norman pie followed by coffee.
Accompanied in music by Sylvie Laigneau on vocals and keyboard, unanimously agreed, the meal was perfect!
